摘要
In order to meet public building energy management and data sharing requirements, the pattern and framework of energy consumption monitoring platform are expounded, and energy data collection and transmission methods are proposed. According to different management demands, different realizing approach and method are explained from dimensions of energy index,baseline choice and data analysis.
