摘要：

In this article we introduce our work in progress aiming at providing tools of temporal navigation within a Virtual Environments by applying them to the field of history of science and technology. The objective of our work is to allow a user to navigate through time according to two scales (procedure and period) in order to observe changes in human activities over time.
