Job-shop scheduling modelling based on polychromatic sets

摘要
According to the key of the manufacturing execution system(MES) in discrete industry-job-shop scheduling module, the abstraction and modelling for the workshop production are performed by using polychromatic sets which has precise description capability for discrete dynamic system. The colored rule constraint is introduced in the model and it can provide dynamic scheduling for dynamic events and disturbances in the workshop. In order to meet the demands of structural agility and run-time agility of production scheduling module, a multi-agent technology is proposed to package the workshop scheduling model as the workshop schedule agent.
