摘要
The updating of the Cuban model has opened up new opportunities for entrepreneurship; nevertheless, not everyone in society could take advantage of that in the same way. There are taking shape groups in disadvantage, like black women with scarce economic resources, which are under-represented in self-employment and cooperatives. Referring to this point there will be reflected upon two aspects: 1) the relevance to develop the solidarity based-economy as a more effective possibility to overcome inequalities in respect to self-employment or social assistance responsibility. 2) The importance of capacity building in vulnerable social groups and other actors, throughout pedagogical proposals that foster this form of management. Referring to that, the position of the Cuban university and the type of education it promotes in line with the Cuban development model, will be discussed. Six educational experiences about solidarity-based economy will be analyzed with regard to its effectivity in working with vulnerable groups and teachers.
