摘要：
With the global environmental issues have become increasingly prominent, carbon finance has become the powerful motive force of the development of Low-Carbon Economy. Cultivation of carbon finance system is a systematic project.. We should aim at the outstanding problems to build Chinese characteristic carbon financial system, from the views of development of carbon finance related laws and regulations, cultivation qualified carbon finance mechanism, strengthen the carbon finance market infrastructure construction, construction of efficient carbon finance supervision system.
