摘要
The objective of this work consists in preparing the company Equione Lda. to obtain a future certification regarding a quality system in providing services to third parties and that those services that includes maintenance, can be referenced by eligible requirements. In order to meet the proposed objective, solutions were suggested to improve the maintenance services provided by the company. The proposed solutions have emerged through the use of various tools belonging to the Lean methodology: 5S, PDCA, Kaizen and Visual Management.
