Research on Land Administration Policy for Promoting Regional Coordinated Development

China's current land administration policy is mainly based on administrative regions. Such policies greatly promoted local economic rapid development; meanwhile they also ignored regional differences and encumbered China's regional co-ordination land use. Land policy is one of the important macroeconomic control means. It is feasible to promote regional coordinated development with the guide of land administration policy. Therefore from the perspective of land administration policies, this paper firstly analyze the drawbacks of current land administration policies, then introduce some international experiences concerning regional co-ordination land use. Based on the understandings of current drawbacks and international experiences, lastly the paper provided some reform suggestions of land administration policies for promoting China's regional coordinated development, which mainly include as follows,1) increasing earnings in cultivated land protection and taking cultivated land protection as an opportunity to establish regional collaboration mechanisms,2) coordinating regional land use,3) clarifying land property right for land development right selling or buying from one region to another region.
