摘要：
Discrete hyperplasia of the adrenal glands was noted in a 15-year-old girl with Cushing's syndrome. A thoracic computed tomograph (CT) revealed no abnormality. To assess the location of a possible tumor secreting adrenocorticotrophic hormone, an In-111 octreotide study was performed, which showed significant tracer uptake in the region of the thymus.
