摘要
Online nondestructive testing is of great importance to reduce the production cost, and improve the casting-roll ingrate and the quality of casting slab for continuous casting slab. The Pulsed eddy current (PEC) have shown the potential to detect the defects of continuous casting slab. In this paper, we designs a PEC testing system which is applied to the specimens with crack simulating continuous casting slab. By comparing the arrangements of driving coil and testing coil, the working point of this system is optimized and a befitting probe against the weak susceptiveness of steel specimen is developed. As the parameter of driving source is set, an optimized working point is acquired by changing the frequency and variation of sensor.
