"DARK" LEADERSHIP INTO THE BUSINESS WORLD

The less rational side of human behavior as well as the non-economic motivations of people when they action in the economic environment represent aspects ignored by current economic models and very little referred to by the economic theory. Yet, the "dark side" of behavior, given by greed, unscrupulosity, unconsciousness, the illusion of money or even foolishness, leaves its mark upon the decisions and actions taken by humans, including those in management and leadership layers within groups and organizations. Despite of numerous examples that lead to the idea of the existence of "bad" leadership, this is often ignored or even denied by the relevant literature.
