摘要:
This paper firstly compares two development methods of the Internet-based Geographic Information System (WebGIS) base on JAVATM, and gives an introduction to spatial data management strategy and the performance optimization of WebGIS, then according to the requirement of public utility management, puts forward an effective "thin client-fat server" based WebGIS solution of Public Utility Management System. Finally the operation mechanism of the system and utilization of the strategy and optimization methods mentioned above are presented in detail.
