Study on technological innovation in construction industry in systematic perspective

Innovation in the construction industry occurs to more and more extent in China. However, in generally, the application of innovated techniques is not prevalent in many a individual project. This paper describes the connotation of technological innovation in construction industry, which presents the separate organizations is the typical characteristic during the process of fabrication of building projects, which is neglect by some experts in China. Then, the constructed facilities-oriented method, which is a systematic perspective, is analyzed. Furthermore, the innovation models based on this perspective are presented.
