摘要
The implementation of an ERP is a phenomenon that changes the relationship between components of the workstation: individual, task and technology (ERP). Thus, the implementation culminates with different levels of adjustment between these elements, with each level having a different impact on individual performance. The literature does not capture this visualization, so a model is proposed that explains the impact on performance as a function of human effort moderated by the fit between task-individual, technology-individual and task-technology. It brings to the theory a model that removes present limitations: multidimensional view versus focus on the individual or the technology; measurement - for mandated environments - of impact rather than use; and contingent positioning of technology as a moderator of individual effort. It contributes to praxis by indicating the factors that predict performance and showing, in detail, the gears that must be taken care of in the implementation processes.
