摘要：

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) has a new Primary Care Incentive Payment Program (PCIP). The Affordable Care Act provides for a 10% Medicare incentive payment to eligible physicians and non-physician providers (NPPs) for specified primary care services effective for services furnished between January 1, 2011, and January 1, 2016. Payments will be made on a quarterly basis. Coinsurance, copayments, and deductibles are not included in the calculation of PCIP payments.
