How and Why We Still Read Jung

How and Why We Still Read Jung, edited by Jean Kirsch and Murray Stein, has eleven chapters written by many of the most prominent Jungians of the day. Contributors were asked to write about how and why they continue to read Jung's work and to emphasize their own perspective. It may be the first time in which analysts and academics truly speak the same language and explore the same concern: the relation between their interest in Jung and how amplification, his version of "deep reading" has changed the color of their lives. The essays are distinguished not only for their quality and the usefulness of their insights, but also for the way in which each article complements and resonates with all the others.
