摘要
The paper has expounded the connotations of the project-based organizational ecology. By to analyze the different and similar characteristics of the research levels in the organizational ecology and the organization of project management, it is found that the latter is short of the analysis on the dynamic historic characteristics of the organization and the interpretation of organizational behaviors with respect to the organizational population and community levels. Then it pointed out that it's necessary to refer organizational ecological theory to extend the researching levels of the organization of project management into a five-level structure, i.e., project team, project-based organization, organizational units participating in project management, and project-based organizational population and community. And the analysis units of the research objects of project-based organizational ecology should include the organizational population and community essentially.
