摘要
The relationship between organization learning and strategic change is the latest progress of the research in the field of strategic change. Based on four main research patterns existing in strategic change and its related research literatures domestic and foreign, the article proposes the basic research pattern of organization learning-strategic change. Applicable to the author's definitions of organization learning and strategic change and related theoretical analysis, the article puts forward research hypotheses on organization learning to strategic change and its two dimensions of position difference and perspective difference, and on the six dimensions of organization learning to position difference and perspective difference of strategic change, and constructs the research model. Making use of sample datum of Chinese firms and method of correlation analysis, regression analysis and structural equation model analysis, research hypotheses are tested and results show that organization learning is a significant positive impact to strategic change. Finally, conclusions and discussion.
