摘要
Decision confidence was a mental phenomenon that generally existed in daily life. It was a prominent aspect of subjective experience in decision making, and also an important issue in the JAS field. Applying General-Knowledge Tasks paradigm and repeat measure design, this study explored judges' decision confidence changing in career decision-making process, and analyzed judge's decision confidence changing under the consistency or inconsistency of judge's initial decision and advisor's advice. There is no significant difference between pre-confidence and post-confidence in career decision-making process. In the same job information, the frequencies of consistency of judge's initial decision and advisor's advice is higher than inconsistency. The results reveal that advisor's advice affect the judge's confidence and the judge attends to consistency advice.
