摘要：
Financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) is a common phenomenon in China. Since the third party payment is developing fast, the problem is expected to through the activation of the third party storage of massive data, financing the distribution chain and loaning to offline SMEs in addition to online companies on the platform of the third party companies. The innovation of this paper is to link the new development technologies of the third party payment and financing problems of SMEs and to propose several practical solution to finance.
