This paper introduces the practical exploration and research on Enterprise Projectization of Lvjiatuo Mining Company, Kailuan Group, which is one of the earliest corporations in China. By analyzing the operation and management problems of Mining Company, this paper introduces the motives of the decision and practice process of introducing management by project into Mining Company, explores and implement.
