摘要：
Geriatric medicine deals With the diseases of the elderly, gerontology with social perspectives and effects of aging of a population. Efforts are against both the primary aging and secondary aging to increase mean life expectancy and maximum life expectancy of the men and women. Preventive medicine, healthy aging, active aging, education of people about health, exercise, prevention of enivromental and chemical negative effects and life style modifications seem to be the very beginnig strategy of geriatric medicine and also antiaging medicine. For these more studies and cooperaion are necessary among antiaging medicine, alternative medicine and geriatric medicine.
