This paper describes the development and evaluation of a mobile measuring device for monitoring health-relevant circadian rhythm. We have developed a motility and light logger for a comfortably wearable wristband, which enables continually high-resolution measurement of illuminance, color temperature, and acceleration of human body within three spacial axes for several days. The evaluation of our logger shows, that attained data allows further investigations about the relation between human circadian rhythm and the external timer "light".
