摘要
Resistance by academic staff members is one of the common phenomena associated with decision-making processes in universities. Academic resistance appears in varied forms, is more or less obvious, and is sometimes even unintended. The aim of this paper is to differentiate the various phenomena of resistance to strategic decision making in universities. In our empirical research we observed that resistance of academic staff is a socially constructed phenomenon, which manifests itself when one social actor perceives another social actor's action as resistance.
