摘要
In order to improve the vehicle structure and mechanical properties of reducer, taking the reducer in a vehicle as the research object, the 3-D parametric model was established, and its dynamic and static performance simulation were analyzed. First of all, the parametric design and assembly for reducer were conducted, then its boundary condition was imported into ANSYS software, finite element model was established. The modal finite element model and strength analysis of reducer were conducted, so the weak link of reducer was identified. After conducting the above finite element analysis improvement, the measures and theoretical basis for vehicle reducer design were provided.
