摘要
Crystallizer is the most important equipment of continuous casting process, and its structure is complex. In this paper, we analyze the mathematical model of heat transfer in caster crystallizer and casting ligand from a refinery plant as the research object. This is done by the establishment of a geometric model for slab continuous crystallizer and casting assembly, as well as the establishment of the finite element model, the cooling water rate as the variable, setting cooling water rate at: 6m/s, 8m/s, 10m/s, 12m/s, 14m/s, so the core slab temperature distribution is obtained for caster mold at different speeds cooling water, and the result of analysis temperature distribution shows that the temperature shows a downward trend with cooling water velocity increases. The temperature dropped about in turn 20 degrees C, 30 degrees C, 40 degrees C, 50 degrees C, the greater the rate of cooling water is, the more obvious the temperature drop is. The results have theoretical guidance meaning for continuous casting of steel.
