摘要
The article takes the high-precision six-axis servo control system project of Shanghai Lianyi optical fiber laser instrument Co.Ltd. For the project, the permanent magnet synchronous motor is the main actuator of the servo system, and its motion control performance is particularly important. In order to further improve its performance. the Pan-Boolean PID control strategy was introduced, and the Pan-Boolean algebra PID controller was designed. By using Simulink simulation, the dynamic and static performances of the permanent magnet synchronous motor speed control system were analyzed by classical PID control and Pan-Boolean algebra PID control. The simulation results show that the Pan-Boolean algebra PID controller improves the authenticity and reliability of the motion control performance..
