摘要
With the continuing growth of the internet, more and more people are taking advantage of distance learning courses. However, most of long-distance education systems can not be effectively implemented chemical experimental teaching. Learners can not make a practice in network environment, which is not conducive to the consolidation of learning and practice skills training. In addition, some existing chemical experimental systems have mostly used multimedia courseware or flash that is a two-dimensional and lack of interactive. To solve these problems, this paper proposes a three-dimensional interactive virtual chemical laboratory framework based on VRML. The framework is based on constructivist learning theory, three-dimensional modeling and scene interactive technology of VRML. Through using three-dimensional modeling, the system can show a real experimental environment. At the same time, utilizing scene interactive technology, it can implement the complex human-machine interaction in chemistry, so that the learners get the senses of realism and immersion.
