摘要：

The author examines the solutions chosen by the Romanian legislature in the matter of criminal offenses against property under increased crime in the area and the economic crisis. In this context, are presented, in addition to legal practice developments, the innovations introduced in relation to criminal offenses against property by Law no. 286/2009 on the Criminal Code that will come into force on 1 February 2012.
