摘要
the electric operation system of rocker launchers is a very complex system. Once the electric operation system is in malfunction, it will affect normal play of combat effectiveness of the rocket launcher. This paper gives simple introduction of research condition of malfunction detecting equipment of the rocket launcher. Mainly through preparing the testability block diagram, It obtains the relevant data of FMECA and reliability estimation. Then, it carries out detecting analyses of troubleshooting, according to the arrangement of repair program and planned repair of the system, and installation of test points and all external testing equipment, etc, thus, analysis the malfunctions can be detected and isolated by on-the-spot repair of repair personnel and malfunction ratio. Finally, it works out the operating list of testability estimation of the system, makes testability estimation analyses of the rocket launcher, draws a conclusion whether the estimation result can be up to the indexes requirements, and puts up improvement suggestions.
