Teaching Research of Sunshine Sports in Hainan's Universities

In order to promote the effective implementation of "sunshine sports" in colleges of Hainan Province, and to improve the physical fitness of college students in Hainan, by using research methods like reading a lot of literature, visiting education experts, questionnaires and so on, this project studies the sports teaching setting of Hainan's universities from the perspective of "sunshine sports". It identifies the deficiencies of the sports teaching setting of Hainan's universities from the perspective of "sunshine sports", and proposes the improvement strategies of the sports teaching setting of Hainan's universities from the aspects of teaching objectives, teaching management and teaching evaluation.
