摘要：
Garment enterprises have been undergoing transformation of their management and manufacturing process and carrying out technological upgrading, which makes some kind of difference in enterprise demand for engineering talents such as personal knowledge structure and personal quality etc.. In this paper, we researched the enterprise demand for engineering talents in Jiangsu province, summed up the characteristics by questionnaire survey. The results will contribute to the development of talents training scheme in high education.
