摘要
Reactive power optimization model of distribution network with distributed photo voltaic (PV) is studied. Its corresponding optimization algorithm is introduced as well. The output power of each photo voltaic can be variable in a wide range based on the local temperature, illumination intensity and weather conditions when these DGs are connected to the grid. As a result, the power flow of distribution network may be changed and it will also lead to a higher network losses and fluctuated voltages. In order to stable the voltage and enhance the power quality, a novel method of reactive power optimization by introducing PV as a kind of compensation device, combined with static var compensation (SVC), on load tap changer (OLTC) and shunt capacitor is presented in this paper. The sum of voltage fluctuation and network losses is set as objective function. The results of an example show that the transmission efficiency and voltage can be largely improved after compensation devices are adjusted based on particle swarm optimization (PSO).
