摘要：

This paper was written in a severe situation that the economic development of our country facing resource bottleneck, the short of resources, the increasingly serious environmental damage, and the traditional vulgar model of economic development has come to the end. Therefore, building a new economic development model on economic sustainable development, environmental friendly and sustainable utilization of resources become the reality of the problem that we must be faced. This paper, based on circular economy industrial chain research about industry cluster in order to achieve further understanding and research, aimed to put forward instructive suggestions in order to build, improve and develop circular economy industrial chain under industry cluster, as well as making policies.
