摘要：

This article considers the questions of an urgency of internal threats, reasons for internal leakage. On their basis are put forward requirements for admission personnel in information warfare. Also in this article we can find the possibility of automating the process of recruitment. This approach allows us to simplify) the procedure for selection of staff and reduce the amount of internal leakage in the information warfare.
