A Framework for Construction Innovation Research Based on Network Analysis

Innovation is playing a more and more important role on enhancing competition of enterprise with the knowledge-bated economy and information globalization. And enterprises are paying more and more attention to the establishment of innovation network. Reasonable and effective innovation network can promote the cooperation,improve the efficiency of innovation,get more economic benefits and enhance the competition of every member in the network. Construction enterprises which are in this environment must change the previous traditional labor intensive production mode and innovating the production technology, management mode and enterprise organization. Social network theory has a more and more widely application in the study of the characteristics of network organization. Based on the theory of social network,this paper summary the articles on the construction innovation studied by the other scholars and put forward a framework for construction innovation research based on network perspective analysis to provide a preliminary guidance for the researcher in this area.
