摘要：
In accordance to the company's activities in the global market, standard methods of the efficiency assesment has got some disadvantages and need to be modified, that is actual to properly select the assessment criteria for the internal and external levels of the assessment. Internal level of efficiency indices as profit and functional efficiency, external level of efficiency shows the possibilities of adaptation of the company to the changing market conditions.
