摘要
The fault diagnosis of mechanical system has become research focus recent years. General procedure of fault diagnosis includes monitoring working condition, collecting noise and fault signal, procuring typical fault sample characteristics, and making decision. However, it is hard to select suitable signal and acquire eigenvalue. Vibration intensity is a typical and effective eigenvalue in vibration signal. This paper takes WD615 diesel engine fuel supply system as an example to collects serious of signal in normal station. After comparing the value while fuel supply of a cylinder has been cut off with the value while the system is in regular state, it verifies that the method utilizing the vibration intensity index to diagnose fuel cut-off fault of diesel engine fuel supply system is correct.
