An Evaluation of Corporation Financial Capacity: Based on AHP and Radar Chart

This paper establishes a three-level indicator system of corporation financial capacity, thus puts forward a method to evaluate corporation financial capacity. Based on AHP, this evaluation model quantitatively evaluates corporation's overall financial capacity. Due to AHP's inability to fully reflect a corporation's financial capacity structure, we use the Radar Chart Model to improve the evaluation model based on AHP. With the help of these two complementary methods, we will have a relatively clear picture of the overall situation and internal structure of one corporation's financial capacity, which consequently helps corporations improve their financial capacity and sharpen their competitive edge.
