Research on the Industrial Energy Consumption Status and Energy-Saving Countermeasures Under the Perspective of Low-Carbon Idea in the Southeast Guizhou Miao and Dong Autonomous Prefecture

摘要
The Southeast Guizhou Miao and Dong Autonomous Prefecture is lying in its early stage of industrialization. Its industrial structure is mainly made up of resource-based and energy-intensive enterprises, the consumption of industrial energy is large, and the energy utilization efficiency is not high. In 2008, the industrial comprehensive energy consumption is 1 929 218 tons of standard coal, and the energy consumption structure is primarily by the raw coal which is the total consumption of 251.9 million tons, and mainly concentrated in metallurgy and building materials industry. The energy consumption amounts of every 10 thousand yuan RMB industrial added value are 4.39 tons of standard coal, which are twice the national average, and 1.5% higher than the average of Guizhou province. Therefore, based on the analysis on the industrial energy consumption situation, under the guidance of low-carbon economy theory, the conclusion is drawn that low-carbon economy development is a important way to realize the sustainable development of industrial economy in the Southeast Guizhou Miao and Dong Autonomous Prefecture.
