摘要：
The paper deals with the possibility of application of multi-criteria decision aid methods to solve complex decision-making problems in the electrical energy management. First of all, advantages of multi-criteria model analysis and fundamentals of multi-criteria approach were discussed. Then examples of decision-making process of planning and operation of an electrical grid were shown. The whole paper ends with the presentation of a set of decision-making criteria for modeling decision-making issues in electrical energy management.
