The Concept and Measurement of Harmonious Organizational Culture

Harmonious organizational culture helps to promote harmonious society. In this paper, the major variables and sub-variables of a harmonious organizational culture are proposed. The result is that, organizations should make efforts on three major variables to make contribution toward a harmonious society. They are the contract idea, shared company vision, sustainable development. A sample estate company is measured.
