摘要：
With the development of modern education technology, network technology has greatly improved the efficiency and quality of college teaching and learning. This paper discusses the connotation of autonomous learning in the network environment, explores its features and advantages. Taking College English teaching as the research object, the paper further analyses the problems in the current English autonomous teaching and learning and puts forward some feasible strategies to effectively foster the students' autonomous learning ability in the network environment.
