摘要
In today's information age, the perfect freight information market is a basis to promote the development of freight industry steadily and effectively. This paper reviews some advice on setting up information network and analyzes the existing circumstances of freight information market in China. It brings forward the idea and project to construct freight information exchange network (FIEN) with the participation of government. The popularizing process of FIEN is simulated with replicator dynamic equation of evolutionary game theory. It can be concluded that the distinct evolutionary results arise from different user charge of FIEN. That is to say, the charging standard would directly influence the popularizing effect of FIEN. In the beginning, the government should adopt subsidy policy in order to encourage information agencies to join in it. When the number of users amounts to a certain value determined by the evolutionary game, the government may permit the proprietor of FIEN to collect user charge and limit the charging standard within a given range. In the long run, the FIEN will be extended throughout the freight information market.
