摘要
This paper describes a system that uses the principle of heterodyne interferometry based on a two-frequency laser to interpret holograms obtained from a diffusely reflective surface. An estimate is given of the measurement error introduced by the optical elements of the system into the phase of the output signal. (C) 2013 Optical Society of America.
