摘要：
With Chinese large population, its current urban population has exceeded the rural population, symbolizing Chinese transformation from agricultural society to urban society. Through the interpretation of smart new urbanization, this paper points out the problems existing in the development of new urbanization, according to the international experience and Chinese regional practice of the development of new urbanization. In view of these problems, the development strategy of new urbanization in China is put forward from the perspective of smart growth.
