On the solutions of a second order functional-differential equation

摘要：
In this paper we consider the following differential equation with linear modification of the argument: -y ''(x) + p(x)y(x) + q(x)y(gimel x) = 0, x is an element of [-T, T], T > 0, 0 < gimel < 1. We study the properties of the zeroes of the nontrivial solutions. We also give a maximum and minimum principle for the solutions of this equation.
