Enzymatic Determinations by sequential injection renewable surface reflectance spectrophotometric system using a microchip flow cell

摘要
A sequential injection (SI) renewable surface (RS) reflectance spectrophotometric system using a microchip flow cell was developed for performing enzymatic determinations. Peroxide oxidative decoloration of the hydrogen donor substrate-bromopyrogallol red was catalyzed by horseradish peroxidase, and trace hydrogen peroxide was determined by sequential injection-renewable surface technique (SI-RST). Glucose in human serum was determined by coupling the system with a glucose oxidase-catalyzed reaction.
