Problem of pricing for science & research works in building

The article considers the issue of difficulties in pricing for works (services) basing on the standard hours for these works execution and on the price value of the calculated time unit of the corresponding services performers; the incompleteness of the system and the controversy in pricing are considered as well. The mechanism of regulating the cost index for research activities calculated for one man-day is studied. It is offered to solve the problem by improving the pricing and tariffs, norming expenses and loses aiming at setting clear principles of pricing that would stimulate the optimization of expenses on the scientific and technical production.
