摘要
We hereby present the results of a two years study (2012-2014) research in the State of Jalisco (Mexico) where we have studied the training workshops (TFT) aimed to deaf students. The whole study counts with 70 participants as sample group. As instruments to approach the research, we used semi-directed interviews, questionnaires based on the framework of D. Stufflebeam, focus group and QDA Minder program for the qualitative analysis. Our results indicate that the workshops TFT must be improved and we show some proposals to improve them. We propose a project in which TFT can be offered in a self sustainable center which works out together with a specialized deaf public school in Mexico. This whole project probably could be replicable in other undeveloped countries. This research also points out that the differences in the socioeconomic and cultural context, as well as flaws in the interpretation of European policies, demonstrate a more than two decades delay in the education of Deaf people, in most of the Latin American countries. As result of this resaerch, and from this figures, we propose a project of bilingual education NETWORK for Deaf people between Europe and Latin-America (REDBS).
