摘要
This paper designs a large plane CMOS imaging system based on Cypress LUPA-4000 image sensor. The overall structure and circuit design is described in detail. The timing sequence of the CMOS image sensor is analyzed, and the sensor driving circuit and image data memory circuit are implemented with FPGA. The system can operate up to 15 frames per second, and the resolution of the image is 2048x2048 pixels. The system has the advantage of high resolution, small-size, compact system, stable and reliable performance.
